1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Nyovah, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use after changes means acceptance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Nyovah. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Nyovah reserves the right to terminate accounts of users found to be under 18.

3. Nature of the Service

Nyovah is a technology platform that uses computational Vedic astrology and artificial intelligence to generate birth charts, dasha timelines, and interpretive commentary.

• Astrological interpretations are not predictions — they are reflective frameworks based on classical Jyotish principles.
• Accuracy depends entirely on the birth details you provide. An incorrect birth time will produce an incorrect chart.
• AI-generated commentary may occasionally be imprecise. Always apply your own judgment.

Nyovah does not claim to predict future events with certainty, and makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose of its astrological content.

4. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate birth details — these form the basis of your entire chart.
• You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of others.
• You may delete your account at any time from the Profile panel within the app.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Nyovah for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Indian law
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform's API
• Harass, abuse, or impersonate others on the platform
• Submit false birth information with intent to manipulate outputs
• Circumvent any technical measures we use to enforce these terms

6. Payments & Subscriptions

Some features of Nyovah may be offered under a paid subscription. When paid features are made available:

• All pricing will be clearly disclosed before you are charged
• Payments are processed through authorised payment gateways
• Refund requests will be considered case by case and governed by applicable consumer protection law
• We will provide advance notice of any subscription price changes

Currently, Nyovah offers a free tier. When a paid tier is introduced, these terms will be updated.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, and functionality of Nyovah — including the astrology engine, AI interpretations, and brand assets — are owned by or licensed to Nyovah. Your birth chart data belongs to you. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Nyovah's proprietary content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nyovah shall not be liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from decisions made based on astrological content
• Service interruptions, data loss, or errors in chart calculations caused by technical failures
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Nyovah in the three months preceding the claim, or ₹500, whichever is greater.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may stop using Nyovah at any time and delete your account from the Profile panel. Upon termination, your data will be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from the use of Nyovah shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan, India.
