Cancellation & Refund Policy

We keep this simple: you always see the price before you pay, credits you buy never expire, and if you are ever charged for something you did not receive, we will make it right.
1. Free Tier
Nyovah's free tier requires no payment. There is nothing to cancel or refund. You can stop using the service at any time and delete your account from the Profile panel.
2. Credit Packs
- Credit packs are one-time purchases used to unlock additional conversations.
- Purchased credits never expire — they remain on your account until used.
- Because credits are a digital product delivered to your account immediately, they are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by applicable law or in the case of a billing error (see Section 4).
3. Subscriptions
- Subscriptions grant access to premium features for a fixed period (monthly or yearly).
- You can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Payments for the current period are not prorated or refunded on cancellation — you keep the access you paid for until it expires, after which the account reverts to the free tier.
- We provide advance notice of any subscription price change before it affects you.
4. Billing Errors, Failed & Duplicate Charges
If you were charged but did not receive what you paid for — for example, a payment succeeded but your plan or credits were not activated, or you were charged twice for the same order — contact us with your payment reference and we will investigate and refund or activate as appropriate. This is always honoured regardless of the rules above.
5. How to Request
Email [email protected] from the address on your account, within 7 days of the charge, including:
- The Razorpay payment ID or order ID (shown on your payment confirmation)
- What you purchased and what went wrong
We respond within 48 hours.
6. How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment processor, Razorpay. Once approved, refunds typically reach your account within 5–7 business days, subject to your bank or card provider.
